Job Description
Job Title: Front Desk Manager
Company: Shades of Grey HR
Location: Englewood, OH
Pay: $12 – 15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $12 to $15 for a Front Desk Manager in Englewood, OH, is below the industry standard. Typically, Front Desk Managers earn between $15 and $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In the context of the hospitality industry, especially in suburban areas, this pay range may struggle to attract qualified candidates, particularly given rising living costs. Therefore, this rate could be seen as non-competitive, indicating that the employer may need to reassess their compensation strategy to attract and retain talent effectively.
