What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee and manage front desk operations, ensuring smooth guest check-in and check-out processes

  • Collaborate and provide support to other departments (housekeeping, breakfast, etc.) as necessary
  • Uphold strict cash handling processes and maintain accurate front desk reporting
  • Generate sales leads and assist with group reservations and meetings
  • Continuously monitor guest satisfaction through feedback and online reviews

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has 6 or more years of experience in the food industry (preferably in fast food or casual dining)
  • Demonstrates quick problem-solving skills, remains composed under pressure, and is always guest-focused
  • Is able to reliably work weekends and evening shifts
  • Is comfortable utilizing POS and hotel reservation systems (training will be provided)
