Pay starts at $16 per hour, with potential for quarterly bonuses. Weekend availability is required.

What You Will Do:

You will be the friendly and welcoming face of our hotel, responsible for ensuring exceptional experiences for both our guests and team members. Your duties will include:

  • Providing friendly, efficient, and professional assistance to guests during check-in and check-out, while promoting company programs and maintaining accurate guest records.
  • Handling cash transactions and monitoring guest satisfaction, alongside resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Assisting with breakfast and the 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, including food preparation, setup, guest service (as host or bartender), and cleanup.
  • Upholding a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality in line with the Drury culture for both customers and colleagues.
  • Delivering a memorable guest experience with a courteous and positive service attitude.
