We are seeking a committed Housekeeper to ensure our property remains inviting, fresh, and impeccably clean. In this role, you will be responsible for upholding the cleanliness of the office, guest rooms, public restrooms, and various common areas, guaranteeing that every guest experiences a pristine environment upon arrival.

Position Summary:
As a Housekeeper, your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the property, including the office, public restrooms, pool areas, and common areas. Your duties will encompass mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal. You will also be tasked with monitoring cleaning supply inventory, reporting maintenance issues to the Property Manager, and fostering a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning duties in the resort office, public restrooms, and pool areas, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.
  • Clean showers and laundry areas twice daily, at the beginning and end of your shift.
  • Conduct light cleaning of up to nine rental cabins daily (excluding beds and bathrooms).
  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas to meet established standards.
  • Monitor cleaning supply inventory and request replenishments as necessary.
  • Report maintenance concerns for repairs in common areas to the Property Manager.
  • Collaborate effectively with management to ensure open lines of communication.
  • Undertake additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • A minimum of one year of housekeeping experience in a hospitality setting is required.
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A strong motivation and dedication to customer service and achieving high-quality results.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and uphold safety protocols.
  • Proven capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Proximity to the property is a requirement.
