Job Title: Kitchen Supervisor – Big E’s Sports Grill Downtown GR

Company: Suburban Inns

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $21 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $21 for a Kitchen Supervisor at Big E’s Sports Grill in Downtown Grand Rapids, MI, is generally considered competitive but on the lower end for the role. According to industry standards, kitchen supervisors in that region typically earn between $22 and $30 per hour, depending on experience, the complexity of the menu, and the establishment’s size. Given the rising costs of living and operational demands in the hospitality sector, this rate could be viewed as modest, particularly for a supervisory position that often requires management skills and culinary knowledge. Overall, while it may attract candidates, it might struggle to retain experienced ones without additional benefits or incentives.
