Summary: At Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, we prioritize our Associates. Our team members bring a positive attitude, creative mindset, and collaborative spirit to the workplace. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing a diverse range of hot and cold food items, including salad mixes, sauces, side dishes, and appetizers. Responsibilities include washing, peeling, slicing, and mixing various ingredients, as well as carving and slicing meats and cheeses. The Line Cook will measure and mix ingredients to create dressings, sauces, salads, and hot and cold dishes, all while adhering to recipes.

Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
– Meeting company quality standards in the preparation and presentation of food items, ensuring adherence to portion control to achieve planned product costs
– Reporting to work punctually as scheduled, maintaining a clean and appropriate uniform, and practicing good personal hygiene and cleanliness during all shifts
– Upholding hospitality standards by addressing guest inquiries and resolving requests and complaints with a focus on satisfaction
– Collaborating with management and colleagues to assist with various duties and providing constructive suggestions for process improvements
– Complying with all relevant safety, health, and sanitation regulations while promptly reporting any unsafe conditions and using materials and equipment correctly
