Job Title: Line Cook- Mason Ohio

Company: Community First Solutions

Location: Mason, OH

Pay: $16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16 for a Line Cook position in Mason, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale compared to industry standards. According to recent data, the average wage for line cooks in Ohio typically ranges from $15 to $18 per hour, with some experienced cooks earning upwards of $20 per hour, depending on the establishment and specific location. Given the cost of living in Mason and competitive labor market conditions, particularly in the culinary sector, this rate may not attract sufficiently skilled candidates. Overall, while $16 per hour is within the general range, it could be considered less competitive, suggesting the need for higher compensation to attract and retain quality talent in this role.
