Job Summary

We are seeking a Line Cook who is enthusiastic about preparing and cooking food that meets Perkins’ high standards. Your passion and dedication to crafting quality meals will contribute to an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure food presentation aligns with standards and is visually appealing to guests.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for additional preparation.
  • Effectively communicate regarding ticket times, potential service challenges, and other emerging issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous line cook experience is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
