Job Summary
We are seeking a Line Cook who is dedicated to preparing and cooking food that meets Perkins’ high standards. Your passion and commitment will ensure every guest enjoys an extraordinary dining experience through the preparation of top-quality dishes.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure food presentation is visually appealing and meets company standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate the need for additional prep work as necessary.
  • Effectively communicate with team members regarding ticket times, potential service challenges, and other issues as they arise.
  • Maintain a clean and stocked work area while adhering to proper food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a line cook is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
