Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook who is enthusiastic about preparing and cooking exceptional food in accordance with QSL standards. You will play a vital role in ensuring each guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience, driven by your passion for quality culinary preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare menu items following specified recipes and established quality standards.
• Ensure food presentation aligns with our standards and is visually appealing to guests.
• Monitor inventory and communicate the need for additional prep work as necessary.
• Engage in effective communication regarding ticket times, potential service challenges, and other arising issues.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked work area, adhering to food handling and sanitation protocols.
• Execute any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a line cook is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
