About the Position:
We are looking for versatile team members who can work across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End operations. This position is located at our store in West Chester, at 7720 Voice of America Centre Drive, West Chester, Ohio 45069. The pay range for this role is $13.00 to $14.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by:
    • Engaging with guests to understand their needs and assist them in creating their meal solutions
    • Maintaining product knowledge and familiarity with weekly ad items to provide comprehensive support across departments
    • Creating a welcoming shopping atmosphere through effective merchandising and stocking of products while ensuring that nearby guests receive assistance
    • Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping duties throughout the store
    • Presenting a professional image in accordance with uniform standards
