AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary range of $50,000 to $56,000 for an Operations Manager in Flint, MI, translates to approximately $24 to $27 per hour. When compared to national averages, this range appears on the lower end, as the typical salary for Operations Managers in the U.S. generally falls between $60,000 and $90,000, depending on experience and industry. Given that Flint is in a region with a lower cost of living compared to major metropolitan areas, this salary may be more competitive locally, but it may not fully align with industry standards for similar roles nationwide.
