As a Chick-fil-A team member, your responsibilities will include guest service and food preparation. Guest service duties involve greeting customers, taking orders, processing transactions at the cash register, fulfilling orders, assisting with face-to-face ordering in the drive-thru, and delivering second-mile service to our dining room guests. Food preparation responsibilities encompass kitchen preparation, cooking, kitchen line assembly, and catering preparation. Additional duties include unloading deliveries, maintaining a clean store environment, and adhering to all safety policies and health regulations.
