Job Description
Job Title: Personal Care Attendant
Company: Norwill Healthcare Services, LLC.
Location: Cleveland, OH
Pay: $15 – 17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $17 for a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) in Cleveland, OH, is generally considered competitive, as it aligns closely with regional and national averages for similar roles. According to recent labor market data, PCAs in Ohio typically earn between $12 and $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, location, and specific job responsibilities. While the offered rate falls within this range, it might be on the lower end for more experienced caregivers or those working in high-demand areas. Overall, the compensation appears reasonable but could be enhanced to attract more skilled candidates in a competitive job market.

- Documenting patient information by making entries in their journal and notifying the nursing supervisor of any changes or unusual conditions.
And more!
