Job Description
Job Title: Resident Assistant
Company: Tapestry Senior Living
Location: Springboro, OH
Pay: $15.25 – 17.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15.25 to $17.50 for a Resident Assistant in Springboro, OH, is relatively competitive, though slightly below the national average for similar positions, which often range from $16 to $20 per hour depending on experience and responsibilities. In Ohio, wages can vary, but the cost of living in Springboro is moderate, making this pay range reasonable for entry-level roles or positions with limited responsibilities. Additionally, considering the growing demand for resident assistants in various settings, including assisted living and educational institutions, employers may need to offer more attractive pay or benefits to attract candidates. Overall, while the rate is within the ballpark, enhancing it could improve competitiveness in attracting skilled applicants.
