As a Line Cook, your primary responsibilities will include the preparation of our freshly hand-cut chicken, expertly breaded in our signature seasoning and fried to perfection using our state-of-the-art fryers. You will also operate the griddle plate to toast our authentic Texas bread, as well as grill cheese and bacon for our renowned club sandwiches. This role is of such significance that it carries an Executive Title: Chief Frying Officer (CFO).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Communicate effectively with the front cashier and drive-thru regarding the flow of customers.
– Coordinate with fellow cooks on food status and preparation speed.
– Assist with food preparation tasks as needed.
– Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring cleanliness is a priority.
– Keep pace with orders coming from both the front counter and drive-thru.

Required Qualifications:
– Strong communication skills.
– Must be at least 16 years of age.
– Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule.
– Capable of lifting and carrying up to 55 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a fast-food environment is advantageous.
– A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
