Job Title: Retail Donation Attendant at Mason

Company:

Location: Mason, OH

Pay: $13 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13 for a Retail Donation Attendant in Mason, OH, is below the average industry standards for similar roles, which typically range from $14 to $16 per hour in the region. Factors such as the cost of living in Mason, Ohio, and local wage trends suggest that this pay might not be competitive, particularly for roles that require customer interaction and physical labor. Additionally, organizations like Goodwill and various local charities often offer slightly higher wages for comparable positions. Thus, this rate may hinder attracting qualified candidates in a competitive job market.
