Job Title: Retail Donation Attendant at Mason

Company:

Location: Mason, OH

Pay: $13 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $13 for a Retail Donation Attendant in Mason, OH, is slightly below the typical wage range for similar positions in the region. According to industry standards, retail workers, especially in roles involving customer service and handling donations, typically earn between $12 to $16 per hour, depending on the specific duties and local cost of living. While this rate is competitive for entry-level positions, it may not attract candidates with more experience or those seeking a living wage, especially considering the rising minimum wage and inflation trends. Overall, while $13 per hour is acceptable for some, it may not fully align with industry expectations in time.
