The primary objective of this role is to guide and implement effective retail strategies and manage store operations to foster financial growth and enhance brand equity.

Sales Stylists play a vital role in executing various functions related to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of Levi Strauss & Company’s history and heritage.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all visitors of Levi’s® Stores by adhering to The 3C’s of Success: Connect, Consult, and Close.
  • Achieve or surpass established sales and individual performance goals on a daily basis.
  • Adhere to Levi’s® Stores cash handling policies.
  • Follow store security, safety, and loss prevention protocols.
  • Collaborate with stock associates in replenishing merchandise and ensuring appropriate security tagging on the sales floor as required.
  • Assist with merchandise pricing as necessary.
  • Help maintain the store’s appearance in line with Levi’s® Stores’ visual presentation standards and general housekeeping procedures.
  • Ensure rapid and accurate sales floor replenishment through RFID-enabled inventory systems.
  • Utilize basic technology skills, including familiarity with iOS, basic device troubleshooting, and the ability to read and comprehend technical training manuals.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to work a schedule that meets the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.
  • Capacity to lift up to 40 pounds, along with the ability to stand, walk, squat, and bend consistently.
  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Compensation:
The pay range for this role is from the higher of the required minimum wage based on local, state, or federal guidelines or between $12.00 and $19.95 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
