The primary purpose of this role is to direct and implement superior retail strategies and manage store operations to drive financial growth and sustain brand equity.

Sales Stylists will execute a variety of functions and procedures related to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Levi Strauss & Company’s history and heritage.
• Exhibit exceptional product knowledge.
• Provide outstanding customer service at every Levi’s® Store, utilizing The 3C’s of Success: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Meet or exceed established individual and store sales and performance goals consistently.
• Adhere to Levi’s® Stores cash handling protocols.
• Ensure compliance with store security, safety, and loss prevention programs.
• Assist stock associates with merchandise replenishment and security tagging on the sales floor as necessary.
• Support pricing efforts for merchandise as required.
• Help maintain store appearance in alignment with Levi’s® Stores visual presentation standards and general housekeeping protocols.
• Facilitate rapid and precise sales floor replenishment through RFID-enabled inventory processes.
• Demonstrate basic technological proficiency, including familiarity with iOS, basic device troubleshooting, and the ability to read and understand technical training manuals.

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening and weekend shifts.
• Capacity to lift up to 40 pounds, with continual standing, walking, squatting, and bending.
• A minimum of one year of customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

The compensation for this role ranges from the higher of the required minimum wage based on local, state, or federal requirements or $12.00 to $19.95 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
