Job description:

The Member Services Representative will play a pivotal role in fostering an exceptional member experience by delivering outstanding customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage all front desk activities, including:
    • Answering phones cordially and assisting callers with a variety of inquiries.
    • Checking members into the system.
    • Facilitating new member sign-ups.
    • Conducting tours for prospective members.
    • Updating members’ accounts as necessary.
    • Addressing member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, while escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when required.
    • Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service preferred.
