Job Description
Job Title: Community Engagement Specialist
Company: Heartfelt Impressions Learning Centers
Location: Lake Orion, MI
Pay: $18 – 25 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $18 to $25 for a Community Engagement Specialist in Lake Orion, MI, is relatively competitive but may be on the lower side when considering industry standards. According to market research, similar roles typically command higher wages, often ranging from $20 to $35 per hour, depending on experience, responsibilities, and specific industry sector. Factors such as the cost of living in Lake Orion and the demand for community engagement professionals in the region can also influence pay rates. Overall, while the offered pay is within a reasonable range, it may not fully reflect the skill set and value that experienced candidates bring to the table.
