Job Title: Life Enrichment Activities Assistant

Company: Brethren Care Village

Location: Ashland, OH

Pay: $11.5 – 13.3 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $11.50 to $13.30 for a “Life Enrichment Activities Assistant” in Ashland, OH, appears to be somewhat below the national average for similar roles, which typically range from $14 to $18 per hour, depending on factors like experience and location. In Ohio, the average hourly wage for similar positions is generally higher than this range, suggesting that while the rate may be competitive at a local level, it may not attract candidates with more experience or qualifications. Overall, this wage may limit the pool of applicants and could be seen as less competitive compared to the broader industry standards.
